Students will learn: 1. NRA’s rules for safe gun handling 2. Rifle parts and operation 3. Ammunition 4. Shooting fundamentals 5. Range rules 6. Shooting from the bench rest, prone, sitting, standing and kneeling positions 7. Cleaning 8. Range time REMEMBER: Firearms, ammunition, eye protection, and ear protection is the responsibility of the student.
